It will take 1-2 business days to process your order regardless of shipping options at check out. We ship Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Sat delivery, even if the shipping is upgraded to shipping express. We do not ship orders the same day, please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process. If you order on Mond, your order should ship out Tues or Wed. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once the order is shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the shipping confirmation email. Express shipping options and any third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.
We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% virgin human hair, our extensions range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. For our hair COLLECTION, if the product has been returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, unused and in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Once hair has been installed, due to the nature of the product and possibility of incorrect installation the Product Defect Exchange Policy is not applicable.
For the HAIR CARE ESSENTIALS COLLECTION and DESIGNER ESSENTIAL PRODUCTS, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges permitted.
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without canceling your order. If your order is canceled, your bank will typically hold the authorized funds from between 3 and 5 business days. Unfortunately, this is out of our control so please be sure your order information is accurate. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different from your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.
Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm EST. All orders MUST BE received with any necessary supporting documents and approved for fulfillment, including approval from our payment processing company to ship the order, before 3:30 pm in order to be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected during order placement. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping hours end at 2:30pm on Fridays from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.
Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
Return & Replacement Policy
At HAIRPORT SALON.INC we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All of our hair is prepared and professionally packaged at our place of business. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
From time to time, HAIRPORT extension, at its sole discretion, may accept return of product(s) or portions of a product(s) with the exception of Wigs, Hair Care Products, Bulk Hair and Accessories Collection under the following conditions.
- We accept return(s) within 14 calendar days of original purchase date. Any return(s) request after 14 calendar days of purchase will not be honored.
- The product(s) must be sent back to us in order to process the return.
- If you purchased your product(s) online or over the phone, please contact Client Care at 1- 347-427-4522 or email@example.com Client Care will send a pre-paid UPS label for your item(s) to be returned to our offices in New York• Merchandise must be in original condition.
- We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from weft or otherwise processed) in any way.
- Zip ties and tags must be intact. Any merchandise that is received without zip ties and tags will
be returned to the client without an issue of a refund.
- Bundle Deals cannot be separated into individual units to be return.
Once your item(s) have been received at our office, it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Your refund should appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.
There is a 14 Calendar Day product defect exchange policy which commences on the date of purchase. Clients who purchased online or over the phone should contact client care at 347-427-4522 or firstname.lastname@example.org to notify them of their issue or concern. Clients who purchased at a hair port Boutique should contact the boutique where they made the purchase. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Exchange Policy
Wig Exchanges and Refunds
On first receipt of your wig, we require that you use a wig cap (included) to try on your wig for fit in order to keep the unit in new, unused condition. Keep all original packaging in place and DO NOT SEW ON YOUR WIG OR ADD CLIPS OR BANDS. If your wig does not fit as expected, please keep the following refund and exchange policy in mind:
Refund and exchange requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days from date of purchase. Refunds and exchanges will only be honored on new, unused wigs. All original tags must be attached, and the piece must be returned with all original packaging and accompanied by your original receipt.
Refunds and exchanges will not be honored if your wig has been cut or altered in any way or if the unit is returned and appears to be worn. This includes but is not limited to: cutting the lace or any part of the wig, cutting the hair, removing original tags, hair has been picked, brushed, washed, cut, dyed (or chemically altered in any way), flat ironed, or otherwise manipulated with any styling tool, including hair dryers. Refunds and exchanges will not be honored if the unit has had hair product, perfume, or any other products applied to the hair including glues, gels, adhesive tapes, and/or sprays. No change in the integrity of the product itself is allowed: refunds or exchanges will not be honored for units with bases that are torn or damaged in any way. This includes damage from sewing needles.
